We ship complete orders. The delivery time is determined by the item included in the order with the longest delivery time.

Delivery times

For pre-orderable items without stock, the expected delivery start is indicated in the article. This information also goes into the order confirmation.

The standard delivery time for stock items is currently approx. 5-10 working days
If delivery times differ in individual cases, the delivery times are stated in the article.
For pre-orderable items without stock, the expected start of delivery is indicated in the item.

The specified standard delivery times apply to items in stock. By delivery time we mean the time from receipt of the order to handover to the shipping service provider. In Germany we ship with DHL, the delivery time is usually 1-3 days, Europe and worldwide this can be significantly longer. You will receive a notification with the tracking information when the parcel is handed over.

Delivery times indicated in days are understood as working days. For delivery times stated in weeks, one week is understood as 5 working days. Public holidays extend the delivery times accordingly. Company vacations will be announced in good time. No delivery will be made during the company vacation. The delivery time is extended accordingly.

We ship worldwide as long as the shipping weight is not too high and the package is not too large. Deliveries within Germany are usually always with tracking, within the EU from 1 kg shipping weight, in non-EU countries from 2 kg shipping weight.
