Two diamond surfaces (220 and 600 grit), three different ceramic surfaces (fine, medium, groove), a ceramic sharpener for serrated edges and a honing leather leave nothing to be desired.
But what makes the sharpener really unique are the 20° angle guides, which are attached to the sides of all surfaces and make it much easier to maintain the correct sharpening angle.
The removable diamond surfaces can be replaced when worn and also provide access to a small storage compartment. The rubberised angle guides also serve as non-slip feet when used as bench stones.
The robust design guarantees maximum reliability.
